I'm in!

Pleased to say, they approved!  Holy cow, I better get busy!

The first show is November 22nd at the Marco Island Historical Museum.

Marco Island Foundation for the Arts...new shows on the Island.

I met Carolyn Burger, who is President of the MIFA, and she suggested I think about doing the new Brushes and Paints shows this season.  NO tents, no pressures...just set up, show a few original paintings, paint on a new canvas while visiting with art lovers~ What could be more fun!

I sent in 3 samples of my work and now I'll just wait to see if I get approved!

The Artful Codgers were at the reception to cheer me on, as was my #1 Fan.

Love being at the Beach!

The beach feeds my soul....the walk there, the water peeking through the sea oats....nothing is better!

A Fresh Start

We have a new home and I am painting again.  

Glad to be here and welcome you to share it with me.  I am making new friends, teaching some friends to create the art they have always wanted to, and in the process, I am feeding my creative soul too.
